The results are in for our 2022 Workplace survey, and we're happy to share that we increased our overall scores and had more engagement than last year!

The annual survey measures how our employees feel about workplace values, employee appreciation and development, productivity and retention, leadership, and other engagement indicators.

According to this year's employee feedback, our strengths include:

The results also show that 85% of our employees feel that their job is meaningful — a stat that we love to see!

"I work with amazing students who show me a new way of seeing the world," said one survey respondent about why they love their job. "I feel seen and heard by most of my superiors. Our school is willing to try new ideas and offer amazing opportunities to our students and staff to help us feel and do our best on and off the job."

While we love celebrating the positive results, the survey is primarily used to show us where we can improve. This year's results gave us three areas we plan to focus improvement efforts:

We hope that this time next year, we're reporting that our scores in those categories have increased. It's vital for us to make these improvements each year to ensure the success of our staff members.

Thank you to every one of our staff members who participated in this year's survey! We look forward to using your feedback to continue growing our strengths and improving our focus areas for you and our students.

From our first interaction with the staff at Cardinal schools, we felt at home. The entire staff is amazing and we feel that we have a trusted partner in our children’s education. The greatest testament to their success is that our kids love going to school. There is nothing more welcoming as a parent than to have a school that you trust to take care of the most precious thing in your life. Cardinal School District does just that.
