Cardinal iJAG students gathered at the iJAG Leadership Development Conference.
Left to right:  Nevaeh Irvine - VP of Community Service, Alex Heckethorn - VP of Leadership Development, Colin Ratterree - VP of Career Development, Landon Gordy - iJAG President,  Drakan Swain - Committee of Civic Awareness and Cody Birlson - VP of Social Awareness.

Cardinal iJAG students attended the iJAG Leadership Development Conference held at the Iowa Events Center on November 3, 2023. They were given the opportunity to attend VP training for their specific VP offices with others in their same roles throughout the state. These kids did an amazing job and represented Cardinal in a very impactful way.

Student Spotlights

Nevaeh is always quick to step up to the plate and take charge within the classroom. She also, on her own, got students involved in this year's Trunk or Treat and represented Cardinal iJAG in such a meaningful and positive way. She is always willing to help others and myself.  I am proud to have her in my class.

Drakan is a smart, kind and compassionate young man. He is always willing to help others and treats everyone with the utmost kindness and respect. He is always willing to help inside and outside of the classroom and shows such dedication in all that he does. Most recently, he volunteered to attend the iJAG Leadership Development Conference in place of the VP of Civic Awareness. He was an amazing representative for the Cardinal iJAG program. I am proud of this young man.
