Cardinal CSD is seeking bids for the renovation of the MS/HS kitchen.

The renovation will include the expansion of an existing commercial kitchen. Adjacent space is being enveloped into the kitchen area to provide a larger space for kitchen prep and serving lines.

The deadline for vendor proposals is 2:00 p.m. CST on October 13, 2022. We reserve the right to reject late-submitted bids. Bids must be submitted to:

If you have any questions about the proposal, please email sue.huls@cardinalcomet.com. Answers to submitted questions will be posted to this page.

A prebid conference will be held on September 28, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at the project site, Jr-Sr High School, 4045 Ashland Road, Eldon, Iowa, 52554 to answer any questions, walk through the building, and review the site conditions.
